Pinecrest students participate in cocurricular activities as part of the school day that enrich our academic program Each class is taught by a specialist in their field. Classes include Art, Computers, Music, Physical Education and Spanish. We are very fortunate to have very talented and enthusiastic teachers for these classes who work individually and together to put together programs and activities that promote school spirit and academic excellence.

Mrs. Barbara Mazeika,
Computer Instructor

There are twenty seven computers in the computer lab, networked to three printers. A wall monitor allows concepts to be introduced to the whole class. The students have DSL access to the Internet available for research.  Innovative software will give students the opportunity to expand their critical thinking skills as they develop their expertise with computers. Visit our computer lab to see some of our projects.

Mrs. Diane McGee,
Librarian

Mrs. McGee's love of books and of children makes the Pinecrest library one of the centers of the school. Visit the Library web page  to see how you can help our library grow.

Mrs. Denise Leslie,
Music Teacher

Just by walking in the music room, you cannot help but realize that music class at Pinecrest Moorpark will be very special.  This is not just a place for singing, but for also learning about music. There is so much to see around the room.  Learn about instruments, composers, and rhythm just by visiting the music room.
