Field
Trips: Class field trips to points of interest
such as museums, libraries, etc. are conducted during the school
year. Members of sports teams also travel to other schools to compete
in after-school athletics. In all instances where students leave
campus under the auspices of Pinecrest School, a signed parent consent
form (Trip Slip) is required. Trip slips are distributed a few days
prior to the activity and must be returned to the office prior to
the scheduled outing. Details of each trip are given on the form.
Departure times vary on field trips, and since most field
trips have a specific tour time scheduled, in most cases we will not
be able to wait for any late students. Your child MUST be at school
PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE TIME. (The Departure Time listed on the Trip
Slip will be the time the bus leaves campus.)
If you lose or misplace your trip slip, a blank, printable
slip is available below. You can call the school to get the information
needed to complete the slip.
