The teaching staff at Pinecrest encourages all students to be prepared everyday by having the proper classroom supplies. Students who work hard and are equipped with the appropriate materials and supplies will find a positive reward. Their efforts will result in student success! Individual teachers may request additional supplies.

Middle School Supply List
One three-ring binder (3 inch)
One package 3 hole punched dividers
Pencil pouch
Small stapler
Five single subject notebooks (5 different colors)
Pink eraser
Inexpensive 4 function calculator (add, subtract, multiply and divide) for Math and Science with square root key
Blue and Black erasable pens
Compass and protractor
All other supplies will be provided by Pinecrest.
Please note:
- Other items may be required by specific teachers during the school year.
- Items like paper, pens, pencils, and sometimes poster board etc. will need to be in constant supply during the school year.
- Electronic planners and hand-held computers are not acceptable for use in any classroom.
Activity Fee
A one-time activities fee of $100.00 ($125.00 for 8th graders) will be charged to all students’ accounts in the month of September. This activities fee will include the following:
• Agenda (Mandatory for all students)
• Lab Fees (Science Department)
• Student ID cards
• Yearbook
• Combination Locks (Must be Pinecrest only)
• Cap and Gown rentals for graduation (8th only)
Lunch
Hot lunches are optional for children in Middle School and may be ordered and
charged to your account on a monthly or yearly basis. Students not on the regular hot
lunch schedule may purchase their lunch on any given day. Daily lunches must be paid
for on the same day. The cost is $5.50 for Middle School. Fresh milk is available for all
students free of charge. |
