5th Grade Social Studies Project

The 5th Grade State Fair gave students the opportunity to exhibit their major Social Studies project of the year to the entire school. Students worked hard on their projects for many weeks. In addition to an indepth report about a state, the students made a diorama, map or display board that demonstrated something important about the state - historical, cultural or geographical. On the day of the State Fair, a team of judges reviewed the projects and questioned students about their state to assess their depth of knowledge.
