We thank you for your interest in Pinecrest Schools.
Applications to our Elementary and Middle School program are considered at any point during the year (provided space is available). Pinecrest seeks responsible students with a sincere desire to work within the classroom and school community. The first step toward admission is an interview with the parent and child and administrator. Admission is dependent on whether the student appears able to benefit from a Pinecrest education, and the parents support of the aims and goals of Pinecrest School.
Students are placed homogeneously, according to their ability level. Each new student is assessed, and after enrollment, during the first two weeks of school, additional testing is done to allow proper placement.
Accreditation and Membership
Pinecrest Schools is accredited by the National Independent
Private School Association (NIPSA). They are also a member of the
Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, National Association
of Elementary School Principals, and various organizations pertaining to
the development of elementary and middle school programs.
Standardized Test Scores
In 2004, our students in Kindergarten through Eight grades took
the Stanford Achievement Test, Ninth Edition. Our students throughout the eleven
campuses, scored in the top 10% to 15% in the nation. Our scores are available
